Service access
Access is provided through RapidAPI, a direct subscription, or an approved pilot. Direct API keys are product-scoped, revocable and subject to the allowance displayed at checkout.
Authorized use
Customers must use the APIs lawfully, provide only inputs they are entitled to process and respect third-party websites, platform rules, privacy rights and intellectual-property rights.
Billing
Self-service subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing frequency and allowances are displayed before checkout. Assisted and pilot services require written activation before access is provisioned.
Availability
No contractual service-level commitment applies unless stated in a signed order form. Planned maintenance, provider outages and upstream platform limitations can affect availability.
Suspension
Access may be limited or revoked for non-payment, quota exhaustion, security risk, abuse, unauthorized automation or activity that could harm the service or third parties.
Professional review
These terms are an operational draft and must be reviewed by qualified legal and tax professionals before broad commercial promotion in a specific jurisdiction.
